does the job5
I had this professionally installed in my 2004 Civic with a stock stereo. Works really well, and allows me to use my phone / ipod without the risk of an aftermarket stereo that people always want to break in an steal.
works well5
got the product really fast. I had a hard time taking my car apart, but the actual installation of the device was very simple. I used a bunch of zip ties to secure it to the bracket. It's been over 6 months, still works like a charm. very clear sound.
Works Perfectly5
I installed this unit in my 2002 Honda Civic EX sedan. The product works as advertised and enables auxiliary connectivity to the stock stereo. I can now listen to my Ipod or computer through my car's speakers on long drives and road trips!
This youtube video is very helpful. It details how to dissemble the center console and access the rear of the stereo head-unit. This disassembly is a necessary step in order to install the product. Just be sure to use the ground wire!

Make sure to buy an input cable to connect your Ipod or other device to the product. I used the Belkin F8V235-12 12-Foot Y Audio Cable. 12 feet is a little long for inside the car, but don't go shorter than six feet.
